Any suggestions for a 0mm offset fork, as my steamrollers fork doesn't allow for barspins with a 700c, even when a 26" is in there, it hits my toe seriously easily... / a very small rake fork.

yeah, nearly all wheel/fork combos hit your toe barspinning unless you have you feet in the right position. You need to do the pop up when your feet are very high or very low in the rotation (if you see what I mean...)
