As far as I know it is. Probably not one of the high end models of the day but still a Colnago nether the less. Very similar to this lovely Super Track on flickr Colnago Super Track: 004 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
It has the clover shape cut out of BB shell and headtube lugs plus the Colnago 'C' stamped in the fork bridge so if it is a fake someones gone to a lot of trouble...
