Tommasini recommend their Tecno Track for either heavier riders, or more demanding usage, and their Sintesi Fixed Gear for lighter riders.
Either way, a classic frame deserves a classic colour scheme. Lurid doesn't work for me.
The Olmo Vintage is an alternative, but not really as pretty.
