I could just do the frame in the fluro green with all black and white components, but I can't be bothered with the fade. It's just a bike I use for riding around town and getting into lecturesetc. doesn't need to be anything special, aesthetically.

If it's not about aesthetics, leave the braze-ons and keep the paint.
