I have some carvalho caps and agree with most of the above -they're fine for under helmets, but not the best on their own. The floppy brim is pretty shit, and it flaps all over the place. Get cotton -best I've come across other than the_bonk's tweedy goodness is Walz caps -and they do custom ones!
