Suspected bike thieves phone numbers

fed up with professional thieves funding their lifestyle by selling stolen bikes on gumtree. this could be an quick / easy way to check whether the person selling a bike has a history of flogging stolen bikes.

again this is not about one person...

dude, i'm not suggesting we find out his address and lynch him, or report him to the filth...
there are so many people out there who don't seem to be able to tell a stolen bike from a legit one. It continually amazes me how we legitimise the behaviour of thieves (in general) by our inaction.
