Suspected bike thieves phone numbers

If you see a moody looking bit of bike equipment, and the same telephone number is being used, it indicates an extremely strong correlation between past and present possiblystolenbikeforsaledness.

1. It depends how you define "moody".
   
2. If you think its moody don't buy it regardless of the phone number.
   
3. It appears that at least one purveyor of alleged "moody" goods is known here and so one would assume is reading this thread: New phone numbers are sooo easy to get.
