Suspected bike thieves phone numbers

well,if it's any consolation, the police confiscated his phone a couple of months ago, with thousands of numbers of all sorts of dodgy people on it. And they are investigating him. So he's already under scrutiny from the cops.

i don't take any pleasure from this at all - it would be far better (for him and anyone who's had a bike stolen) if the general public were not so stupid as to buy stolen bikes.

again this is not about one person...
