Ciclos Uno http://www.ciclosuno.com/ in Hainault is the Aladdin's cave of London bike shops. It's totally out of the way and tiny, but every square inch is crammed with old and new bikes and bits. They're really well connected, so not unusual to see Backstedt's tour bike for sale in the window in August. Trevor (pictured below) who runs it is the business and he matches pretty much any price. Lots of classic retro bits in cabinets to gaze at. And as you can see from the picture they are very track friendly. http://www.ciclosuno.com/tracks. Have I said enough?
