Shops buying second-hand goods should at least ask for ID from the seller and keep a record of it.
Makes sense to me!
+1 serial numbers.
thats what have been done. copy of passport and proof of adress is always taken. the bike was bought ages ago and was hanging in the shop almost since i started working there. the person's partner found out like a month ago and suggested that it may be his partners frame and what Jan did is returned it straight away.so there.
is there any special way of recognizing when a bike/frame is stolen??? or recongizing a person dealing with stolen shit???? Not all of them wear track suits and say bruv way too often it seems.
and my good friend(not Jan) is a drug dealer....should I not let him/her into my house again in case he/she steals something????
