Duck and cover.

too expensive for what you get, used to be a reasonable fixed wheel bicycles with proper track geometry for the money, but now since it cost 550 squid, it´s no longer the case (used to be 425 squid not long ago).

Bianchi what?
Never heard of it... -

For £50 to £100 more, you could get a nice bike from Tour de la Ville
-

Try and get one secondhand if you're gonna get one.
They used to be £400 then they went up to £550 for no reason at all although they're exactly the same just with shitter tyres -

Very good off-the-shelf package when it was only £400, but the new model is overpriced and faddish. Wait six months and spend at least £500 on the frame alone if you want acceptance around here pal.

That would be the dollar sterling exchange rate... a 25% hike in 6 months

i like mine, but it is too expensive now and you do need to change a few bits.
you can pick them up on ebay cheaper.bars, saddle, tyres and back sprocket if you've got major hills.as for getting one built in tour de ville, great space but i thought it was very over priced for some things.great eye candy.

I agree. Very disappointing.

not quite, OTP bike of similar value tend to have inferior component, such as cheap rims for instance, cheap stem, cheap seatpost etc. while having some decent component such as the crankset for instance.

As for OTP, 100 quid more get you a Condor Potenza.

however the name of it might give you a slight irksome worry that you're impotent.
-
• #20
you're not though, you're POWERFUL. believe.

• #21
stelle, with the amount of time that most men on here spend on their saddles, it is altogether unsurprising that a significant number are impotent.

• #22
I like mine, but I have changed pretty much most of it!
Agree with comments above re price hike. I wouldn't have paid 550 for it. Much better value other OTP's out there. -

Agree with comments above re price hike. I wouldn't have paid 550 for it. Much better value other OTP's out there. The only standard bits left on my Bianchi Pista is simply the frame and the crankset.
1+ wouldn´t have paid 550 quid as well.

I liked mine so much I changed every single bit of it (except the frame and cranks), then sold it.

Who on earth thought a black stem on here would look good?
Is it really all that bad? i've just enquired about getting one as a fairly cheap complete, after my Peugeot PRO 10 FC finally clapped out. But i've had some stick and "such an entry level bike" directed at the idea. They look pretty stylish to me and i've had a quick go on one and thought it was alright? but i've herd so many people slate them for there ride who have of course, a better bike. but what do you guys think about them?
