im not the one with the problem , all i was stating is you were not happy with not having a brake and it had a lot of toe overlap, so why not buy a bike your happy with in the first place?
Well i'm happy with the bike as I love its looks it was such a bargain. Stupidly I did not check the forks, because last month I bought another track bike from the same guy, also with a double plate fork which WAS drilled.
I just took it out for a ride and well I love how it rides as well.
All problems solved, and as I won't be riding the original fork, i will in fact be preserving a piece of history ;)
