that particular crown doesn't look as if it would like a brake, that's true.
But lots of other track forks can be drilled for a brake no trouble.
It's not a strength issue, it's the fact that it's a nice fork and shouldn't be fucked up just for a fixed conversion. Fork swapping allows resale of original bike.. like my Raleigh.
