Subtle changes, bugs and feedback

Notice period... I'm going to add a little something so that you can see who left what tag.

Now, why the notice period? Well if you've been a jerk in the tags, you have a week or so in which to perhaps edit the ones that you know might drop you in it.

The addition will be in the form of hover text... hover over a tag and it will say "Added by X".

this is going to end in tears. There's been so much shit on the forum these last 2 months, this'll be fuel on the fire IMO.
