Help me pimp my brakes - brake upgrade (calipers / pads)

Heretic. The secret of Deltas is to get them set up properly, i.e. with the pads further away from the rims than you'd normally have them. The modulation then is good and not the binary on/off that happens if you have them too close to the rims.

Well, I wasn't speaking as a pro, only repeating what i've read. They are heavy though aren't they? 3kg each I read.
