    Comparing stage races to Grand Tours? I would guarantee Mr Armstrong would rather keep all his TDF's.

    What do you mean by "comparing stage races to Grand Tours"? Seaton is talking about the Olympic road race/World Championship road race double in one year. These are the two most prestigious non-Classic one-day (non-stage) races in the calendar. Of course, guessing at Armstrong's mind gets Seaton nowhere but I don't find the thought implausible.
