Heavy (oversize straight gauge tubing!). Good for tricks (spinable front wheel once you've switched tyres i believe). Decent cranks, parts & finish. Somerset company! Heavy. Not as cheap as it used to be. Heavy.
I'd buy a Fuji Track because in comparison it feels like... well it feels like an old track bike!
On a Fuji I'd change the saddle/cranks/tyres... and you'd still have change from the cost of a Plug.
