Charge new wheelsets

Arup charges £25 for building a pair and has just massively revised his wheelbuilding guide if you want a go yourself.

Arup is a don wheelbuilder - fast, reliable and affordable; and a damned nice chap to boot. I ended up paying *less *than he originally quoted because he sourced some cheaper double-butted spokes than he's previously used. He lives in Sydenham, so perfect for any sarf east riders.

2 x CXP33 on Formula - £150 inc build. An obvious choice but solid as fuck.
