It's slippery outside people!

I crashed yesterday out in the lanes of Kent. Came up to a left hand corner and as I turned the bike went from beneath me as the whole road was one big sheet of ice. There followed a comedy moment as I tried to get up on the icy surface before the car I could hear approaching got to the bend. It was like Bambi on Ice. Grazed my left elbow, hip and knee and tore my bibtights and have a slight tear on my softshell jacket.

Was in Kent myself yesterday, it was terrible. Thick frost on the ground nearly all day. The sun hit it for an hour or so in the afternoon then it refroze. I'm sure it was milder last winter?
