    He, he, interestingly enough apparently the residents of that block also put in objections to continuing the planning permission on the grounds of light pollution and routinely pulled the plug on it ('twas easy if you climbed over the fence, but 'twas just as easy to plug it back in ;) cue warm glowy feeling of satisfaction). Their objection was probably more grounded in the fact that it was a brilliant place to sit and shoot the breeze on a warm summer's evening. It lasted a few years.
