Buy them in bits to spread the cost and get exactly what you want.
Then build them yourself not that tricky really.

You will then get a wheelset to suit your needs with the satisfaction that you built them yourself. Also, as and when things need replacing you#ll have the tools and know/how to do it without having to buy whole new wheels.
Built my first pair last weekend, quite enjoyed it.
