Bought, recieved (free delivery to Norwayland from the UK no less) and installed a pair of PRO overshoes before going on holiday.
Came back to a refreshing -5C, and discovered that the seam had gone on the right zip.
Informed PBK, and was told to send a pic before they would issue a return code.
Sent pic with polite mention that my poor toes are cold, last night.
Recieved confirmation of dispatch E-mail today (ehh?), followed by an E-mail informing me that a replacement is on its way and that they will refund my postage for returning the faulty pair, as and when they recieve them (ohh right, but I havent even packed the faulty ones yet!).
I do all my bike related shopping online, and as such know of plenty of cheap places to shop (although only PBK deliver to me gratis). The real difference is always in the service provided when things dont go quite as they should.
