I have one of those as we speak. Due to numerous polo falls on the same hip. It's a hematoma which is a swollen bursis. (Filled with blood). I've had it for a while yet a big fall last weekend made it worse. I've spoken to numerous bmx folk about this and they've all had it. Some last forever and can lead to possible probs in old age. I've not gone to see anyone and will live with it but try to go easy on the falls. Got some crashpants for polo now too! Don't worry! ;-)
Sayin that..if it's pretty big then go get it drained!
