Velodrome in Japan

[FONT=Verdana]I have seen video where Tokyo Dome changes from a baseball park to a velodrome in about 4 hours. It is amazing. I’d like to find out more about this velodrome but can find nothing on the web. It’s strange that the web site of the Tokyo Dome does not mention the velodrome ( at least the English version). Is the track used regularly or is it only for occasional use? Is there anywhere I might find out more? [/FONT]

Tokyo Dome planned Keirin race.

However, gambling was opposed about the citizens.(The vicinity of Tokyo Dome)
Tokyo Dome was constructed 20 years ago.

There were not Keirin race in the 20 years.
