not insomnia tonight, just trying to wash elephant and Castles sewer freshness out of my skin, seriously if you live in elephant and castle. STOP POURING FAT DOWN THE SINK IT BLOCKS UP THE SEWERS. I have waded waste deep in human waste before but tonight topped that and I was a little bit sick in my mouth it was that bad. Anyway the smell even after 2 showers is still around enough to keep me awake so I am getting back in the shower for one final scrub.
