Oh shit right! Twiggy was my babysitter once when I was a little kid. My mom used to be a production assistant for Tom Snyder in the mid 70's and she would take me to work with her. One time my mom had to go do some business and couldn't take me with her, but didn't know what to do with me. Twiggy was guest on the show and volunteered to take care of me for a bit. So I spent the day hanging with twiggy having lunch and and stuff. I was probably about 7 at the time.

I was babysat by Henry Rollins.
....and my flatmate has just admitted that he was wet nursed by Helen Mirren.

I do like scouse, though everytime I'm up there it takes at least an hour before I stop laughing at everything people say.
Is is funny when they're asking for your phone at knife point and you can't understand a word isn't it? Cracks me up every time I go there.

Being American, (with a ridiculously soft and lovely accent, I might add) I had to google this Clare chick, first thing I thought was, ha! they all want to f*ck Thatcher. DFP proves it!
+1 roxy (except maybe the soft and lovely accent part)

the soft scottish or maybe southern Irish accent's my favorite. The Welsh Valleys accent goes straight through me. Urgh!

I of course jest, BUT it does sound like one of your Saturday nights Joe! ;-)
