This isn't 'any other forum'. It's run by Dictator Dave the way he likes it and unless you wanna start your own lfgss forum you kinda have to play by his rules. We do.
What's your question anyway? Surely it would have been easier to ask it than complain about the nature of the forum? Googling probably would've saved you some time and grief.
