There was a British builder called Speedwell too. They made Ti frames in 'olden days' lovely stuff. A lot of the early Ti frames flex like jelly especially the CP (commercially pure) grade as opposed to the 3/2 Ti alloy

Multi Grooves is right. I rode a Speedwell (briefly) in the early 70s. Very light, but very, very, bendy.
