I've moved the thread to the private forum.
This is because Amy has been in touch and said that she didn't RLJ, that the driver has admitted responsibility, and that the police have taken statements. As such, uninformed speculation on this thread is irresponsible as it implies circumstances other than which happened, and that such speculation potentially risks any compensation she may receive.
She actually asked for deletion, but I'm against just nuking things as it would raise more questions and result in further speculation. So with that in mind, this is basically notice that this thread will likely be deleted, and that if/when that happens it would be appreciated that no further speculation take place about this incident.
