  • Well its looking pretty good out there at the mo. I'll see you lot in a little while.

And remember the Dynamo can not be aloud to live!

  • Just leaving home. See you there.

  • Hmmm. It started to rain a bit, but now its stopped. I'd better get my kit on and get over there before the rain (or I) change our minds.

  • hooo

got proper soaked on the way back.

after a bath I realize how fuckin ill I am, got the shiverin' shakes an' all.

    well done you hardy folk.

the 3 mile TT bar has been set by The Famous JC at 08:45:64 whilst being pushed hard by The Hillybilly

  • Good to see you there. Get well soon RPM - and thanks again for organising.

Look out FamousJC and Hillbilly I wasn't that far behind in the TT.

    Same time next week anyone?

  • My NJS approved NJS bolt and washer masterlink NJS snapped on my way home so I got to walk last mile in the rain.
mm chocolate milk making it better.

  • aarggh. missed it. about to suit up but had to sort out the little one. next time

might try out the course. just under 9mins eh

  • Give it a couple of weeks, I'm looking for someone to break the magical 8 minute barrier. Not me personally you understand...

  • Well that was a wet one! Good to see the hard core out there in the PISSING rain. I got another puncture on the way back to Evans then when I left to head to Victoria it really went for it, as I pulled up to Victoria the sun came out and guess what, I got another puncture! Once I had fixed that one I went to leave and yes, you guessed it it started to rain again!

But with all the shit out of the way, that was a lot of fun. I dont think it will be long before we see a sub 8min lap.

Till next time, keep it rubber side down (and your coat with you)!

  • Can everyone declare their gearing, please? Chainring/cog & GI.

  • 50/20 67.5 GI

will probably go up to around 69-70 next time, it's a bit hectic for these kind of sessions

  • That's 66", unless you've got some retro rims...

  • you should know by now, that trackies always talk in old money because it makes it easier for everyone to compare sizes.

  • It's wrong, and I won't stand for it.

  • just use the rabbit calc and leave it set at 27"nominal

  • I'm still recovering from vodka poisoning Thursday night. Epic Drinking Fail. Epic Bar Bill Success.
I think I might be able to leave the house again tomorrow and head out for a clubrun with Willesden.

  • just use the rabbit calc and leave it set at 27"nominal

    highfive! 27" it is!

  • It's wrong, and I won't stand for it.

but then you get into tyre sizes and all and then it all gets too gay

  • It's your old fashioned rimming that's gay.

  • It's all about felching now we're in the 80's..

  • 80's what?

    It's 80s, you R-tards.

  • 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's 80's you love it

  • Apostrophes are for life not just for Christmas.

  • Yes I remember that great 80,s hit

    COmma, Comma, Chameleon

  • Managed to get out to Ascot and back after the session. Total of just over 90 miles. Only one puncture about 8 miles from home. Jumped into the bath to find that wife and daughter had ensured it was tepid (how long do women have to shower for?) and then, very pleasantly, the wife had booked me a massage. Feel almost human now and ready to go again tomorrow.

RPM, thanks for a well organised session and for all the advice and encouragement.

The rest of you, thanks, good to meet you and ride with you. Doubletap, my time will come!
