  • It's all about Solo clothing these days...
    http://www.solocc.com/

  • Mmmmm I like the black Equipe jersey

  • I like it all...

  • 68 quid for a short sleeve top. Pah, far too cheap ;)

    Available online from these guys.

  • I didn't like any of it....

  • re-post pedantini :)

  • I've got their merino wool arm and knee warmers which are both nice bits of kits. The classique jersies really don't do it for me though.

  • re-post pedantini :)

Not really, it's more of an update.

  • swrve

  • I love how the leading vote for their next country inspired jersey is for Ireland, I'll get one if they make it

  • solo's got some really cool jerseys but for that price, i expect them to be made from good quality merino. and they're from NZ ffs!

    same classic style, merino. woolistic

  • i do like the black Equip jersey though.

  • I've got the Hercule one and love it - nice details like rubber-coated zips etc. Expensive but worth it, if you like that sort of thing.

  • I bought the cap in white to wear under me lid. Proper trendy I thought, before realising that here in Norway Solo is the name of the number one soft drink.

  • andyp knows I am seriously thinking about getting the solo equipe top, merino, wind proof, though it is £90, nice feel, seems to be a quality product, but you don't know until you wear it for a couple of months.
Iif it was like £20 boys cheaper, I'd be in like flynn...

That's ok. Doesn't stop people riding round the UK on Argos bikes ;)

    Stopped me.
'Elizabeth Duke' would look good on a downtube though...

  • I've got the knee warmers and although they are nice and warm they don't have any grippers at the bottom so they ride up and give you saggy Nora Batty knees which looks a bit crap.

  • Hello folks,
Yes Rapha is good gear, overpriced probably, but really it's all about men having a midlife crisis.... I include myself here as I've just turned 40 and will fess up to having one of their scarves in my Rapha arsenal.
I have two Solo equipe jerseys and have been wearing them since it got colder over a merino base layer. The thing I like about them is that you get the brilliant qualities of merino but it has a polyester outer layer which means it tough. It is good quality merino - the same as Howies and
unlike Rapha the company have good p.c. credentials.
    Happy shopping...
    Peace,
    Tim

  • I can recommend the arm warmers. Probably the best heavy weight ones I've used.

  • Stopped me.

To be fair to her, she's a stunning lass. She'd look good pretty much anywhere.

Maybe we could try and start a new collaboration.
    Forget Stussy x Brooks...

    Elizabeth Duke x Nitto Drops
    Durex x Oury Grips
    Ronseal x Phil Wood

    Really?

  • Phwoooaarrrrrr!

  • I raced against someone who wore one of these. I wanted it. Never knew it was a 'fake'.

  • he looks polish
