I think metro are still like that, fuck riding to Wimbles and back, I'm alright at burning it round town but long rides rinse me up after a while and day in day out would be knackering. Not that long ago me and a friend considered Kingston to Central and back again to be a pretty big ride.

Hub cycles is just a workshop so shouldn't be a problem there.
