They are hopeless in the depths of winter in the UK full stop. They are useful for those spring and autumn mornings when it starts cold and warms up later though.

I never really suffer from cold hands (it's the Eskimo blood in my veins) so can get away with thinner gloves; have had many pairs of Brikos.
All of which is beside the point; they have the Campag logo on them and the Tricolore stripes. They are sex gloves and I want to slip inside them now!

just get some thin thermal liners and wear them under your normal gloves! Unless you wear mits of course.

I've had these for about 2 years. They stayed waterproof for the first winter, but tend to get soaked in a downpour now. Still warm and comfy though if its dry. Leather palms will last for years - handy snot wipe thumb bit too. Would probably buy some Specialized like above next time.
