Refs for league matches

Tapping out...
I dont mind for throwins that people tap out a little off centre if they are not interfering with play.... I say this, cos in paris we had a slack tap in which resulted in a goal.
It was a bad call by the judges but it's easily resolved. Future tournaments should have a bell or similar to be tapped out on. No audible noise means the player didn't tap out.
