Remember kids... always wear a helmet. (The almighty bikeradar helmet thread)

I only mentioned the helmet as i landed on my head, and because of the lid, didnt break my face. Thought i should big it up a little. Couldnt give a fuck about whether anyone else uses one though, didnt even know it was in debate.

I only say nothing because I'm still going through rehab 5 years on from having a bike crash on the rodie WITH A HELMET ON. I've catagorically been told by the surgeon that the helmet did me no good.

So now having had a trepanation (hole drilled into skull to relieve pressure), and therefore a weaker skull I actively choose not to wear one.
