Refs for league matches

I think, we should get as many different people to ref as much as possible (ie. if you're at a league game then give it a go), the more people that ref, the more people will realise how tough it can be, the more people will learn to listen to / respect the ref's decisions etc, etc.

I tried it last night (well a ref for one half the court only). It is really hard to keep concentration and too spot everything that goes on.

Definitely in a tournament there needs to be a ref (ref asst.) at each goal end. Don't want a repeat of that Shoreditch goal!
