Doug1as, I agree with your post. Bob Jackson have an international reputation, that was not won overnight, but over time, by giving customers a high quality product, along with a similar service.
You weren't buying some cheapie knock-off, you were buying quality, and you didn't get it. Should you complain? F*ck yes, you should. Should they have tried to weazle out of their contract with you (to provide you with a NEW frame)? No they shouldn't.
People who think that the NAME Bob Jackson, in some way lets them off from having to give an excellent service to all, I hope when you order a Bob, its a lemon, then you can HTFU, just ride it, and don't say a c*nting word.
