Also, Royal Mail FTW, if i miss a royal mail delivery i know that i can go up to the local sorting office (10min away) and collect my parcel the next day. They open at some crazy hour like 630am so can always get up there before work/college etc and the parcel is ALWAYS there, none of this "um it got put in the van, its probably somewhere in Glasgow right now. If you could just wait in for the next um 5 hours then we might, might be able to post another card through your door while your taking a shite "
