What to do now. Bike is (annoyingly) not insured, found out that the car was hired, and he was just some wide boy fronting in his Jag! Wanker!
Any ideas of what to do now would be great, shouldn't be a problem claiming coz it wasn't my fault . . . I may be wrong!

The fact that this is rental actually works in your favour as this is far more likely to mean that the driver at least has third party insurance. If he doesn't then you have another avenue of claim because you could pursue suit against the hire company for allowing an uninsured driver on the road.
Your next steps should be no different from those outlined by roxy and others in the some cunt hit me with 1/2 tonne+ of metal (or something liked that) thread in the private section.
If you haven't spoken to the police, do so before you start drinking or your claim may end up on the silly twat pile.
