I'm inclined to go for the Eurostar option now, because, rental of a minibus, ferry costs, parking in paris, the responsibility of not-drinking, then a 5 hour drive, will dampen the weekend for me. I'd rather chuck the bike in a bag at St Pancras and relax on the train.
The group bookings are for un-named tickets, but we need ten people. And they require a list of passengers 48 hours before departure, which is no big deal, and from what she said, they are fairly flexible.
Who can afford £140 per ticket?
And, what options do we have for accomodation? hostels? are they bike friendly? don't wanna be locking bikes outside overnight really. Or can we stay at anyones house?
