this morning i went to putney bike shop and they can fit a longer screw on that brake it will be 4£ (minimum labour charge)+ 6£ part. I wil probably do it anyway.
i mounted the back one already ( I need to fix it tho..)
Then today i went to the BikeBoy in portobello market (same guy in bricklane0
and he suppied me with a pair of schwalbe lugano + labour to take my old parts off and mount the new one on.
TOTAL=45
I bought a z610HX chain ( 3/32 ) for 10.95
job done !!!
The tricky bit was to unscrew part of the old bottom bracket, you need a very special tool that the bike boy didn't have handy so I had to run around like stupid for a bit and HalfPipe in golborne road was useless (they scratched my frame too! trying to unscrew it) .
The guys at the bike shop in All Saint Road really know their shit, and the owner a lady, is very cool.
I gave the guy a fiver and he sorted me out (even beeing really busy as hell).
I guess PLATINI will be a bit disappointed now !!!
