I've just won this on t' bay. Thinking it really needs something doing to the finish of it but a full chrome finish isn't cheap so what do you all think of painting it and then chroming the lugs or should I just bite the bullet and pay for the chroming?
Also if anyone knows anything about it's history I'd be eternally grateful.
