I can't imagine you could perceive any difference, in theory the heavier wheel should be stronger, but even this can be negated by quality of manufacture (ie: a very well made rim could be lighter and stronger).
Both DT Swiss and Mavic are quality parts makers - I expect the rims are very very similar.
