High Flange vs Low Flange

Yeah, possibly, there is no 'CD" indication on the rim, but they might be the CD version. I got a matching 650c and 700c pair.

I have not weighed enough Open Pros to say for certain (maybe 3 or 4) but all the DT Swiss 1.1s I have weighed have always been lighter - but batches tend to vary quite a bit weight wise, especially from year to year.

dt competition spokes are light but very expensive. saying that why worry about weight if you're buying phils :o
