plus, it's closest competitior is the Condor Tempo that sell for a £100 more, which is "a lighter and more refined version of the Surly, and the most versatile bike here - happily doubling as a winter training bike or a weekend blaster. if we were spending our own money it would be on the Condor - and if we plenty to spare, we might blow it on the Black Jack..."
