At the top of the card it needs to say something like WHEN PASSING LORRIES, REMEMBER...
Then you could take the HGV out of the lorry image and the message would be much clearer. I often find that when working with designers they're incredibly good at making whatever it is look great but sometimes wander off when it comes to clarity of communication ;)
