Like the idea of spoke cards getting little bits of safety information over simply and easily.
Maybe the forum could get funding using this http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/projectsandschemes/2457.aspx
especially as government organisations always like to be down with kids. Just don't turn up without brakes, lights, reflectors and a helmet asking for some green for a safety campaign :D
p.s. I work for LU TFL but I don't think that helps really.
