Horrible news.
I saw one of these stickers on a lorry this morning. It says:
"Cyclists: Beware of passing this vehicle on the inside"
Apparently rolled out by ford/tfl in spring 2007, I think it is a good reminder for cyclists however it is not worded strongly enough, IMO.
