This morning was the first time I had to ride in proper pouring rain. Luckily, I'd just gotten a new Chrome bag last night to replace the old Jansport backpack I've been using. Was happy to see that the Chrome really is waterproof... I was soaked, but at least my makeup was dry, and that's what matters.
There were fewer people on bikes for sure... but somehow it seemed to me that all the cars were going especially fast?! Or maybe it was just because I was going so slowly...
