it went for £80 inc bars (so presumably post, BB & headset too). Columbus (unknown grade) tubing but vert dropouts & nasty paintjob. Not a conversion for the inexperienced, but I'd have had a go at killing that puppy!

Miche primato seat post for muchos cheapos, looks like it needs a bit of spit and shine, id probably go for it had i not spent like 5 hours mirror polishing a dura ace post i bought in similar nick last week.

nice road frame, ie not conversion.if you want a holdsworth buy the red track frame ASM is selling ~£150

How did you polish your post (fnarr!)? I've got an old Campag aero one that's a bit tarnished that I'd like to at least clean up, if not bring up to a mirror shine.
